This CCDS ID represents the TTN novex-3 isoform, which has a novel and shorter C-terminus compared to longer isoforms. This isoform is supported by data in PMID:11717165, but it should be noted that the evidence for the transcript is partial on the 5' end, and thus this CCDS representation has an inferred exon combination.
