26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 6 isoform X1 [Homo sapiens]
COP9 signalosome complex subunit 1; PCI domain-containing protein( domain architecture ID 10566212)
The COP9 signalosome subunit 1 (CSN1) is an essential component of the CSN complex and is involved in the deubiquitination of target proteins which helps to regulate the stability and activity of a variety of proteins involved in different cellular pathways; PCI domain-containing protein such as 26S proteasome regulatory subunit RPN9, a non-ATPase subunit of the proteasome that play a role in the recognition and unfolding of ubiquitinated substrates and the delivery of these substrates to the proteolytic core of the proteasome for degradation.
