More...This study investigated the changes of intestinal flora in a rat model of cholestatic liver disease(common bile duct ligation CBDL), and investigated the changes of intestinal flora after the administration of S1PR2 inhibitors, an important bile acid receptor. In genus level, a higher proportion of Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1, Bifidobacterium, Enterococcus, and Dubosiella at the genus level, but a lower abundance of Bacillus, UCG-005, Romboutsia, Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, Ruminococcus and Christensenellaceae_R-7_group were found in the CBDL 3w group, compared with the sham group. In genus level, the JTE-013 treated CBDL 3w group exhibited higher abundance of the genera norank_f_Muribaculaceae, NK4A214_group, Ruminococcus and Christensenellaceae_R-7_group, while lower abundance of Enterococcus, compared with the CBDL 3w group. In summary, JTE-013 treatment resulted in increased abundance of fecal flora, higher amount of beneficial bacteria, while decreased amount of harmful bacteria.
