The main objective of this study was to identify antigen-specific airway and systemic immunoglobulin isotype responses that were associated with the outcome of controlled latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection (LTBI) compared to uncontrolled infection (TB) in nonhuman primates.
