In this study, we uncovered that the transcription factors Ifh1, Fhl1, and Sfp1, known to regulate the expression or ribosome-related gene in budding yeast, are conserved in fission yeast. We analyzed the mechanisms by which these transcription factors control the transcription of ribosome-related genes.
