More...The sake yeast S. cerevisiae strain K1401 and the kuratsuki Kocuria uropygioeca strain TGY1127_2 were used in this study. Each strain was pre-cultivated in TGY medium (5 g/L tryptone, 1 g/L glucose, and 3 g/L yeast extract) at 25 °C for 12 h. 1 mL of pre-cultivated cell suspensions of K1401 and 1 mL of pre-cultivated cell suspensions of TGY1127_2 were mixed in 200 mL of modified TGY medium. This solution was incubated at 14 °C for 7 days. The reads with high quality were mapped on the Saccharomyces cerevisiae S288C genome GCF_000146045.2.
