Whole genome sequencing of agents of necrotizing fasciitis in dogs. A Bacillus paramobilis clinical isolate was recovered from a penetrating wound on the leg with extensive necrosis of underlying muscle tissue. An Acinetobacter lactucae isolate was recovered from an extensive, spreading skin wound.
