Conducted under the guidance of Dr. Kyle Maclea in his Microbial genomics course at the University of New Hampshire at Manchester, the goal was to understand the basic workflow and bioinformatics for genome analysis of bacteria and bacteriophages. We analyzed microbial samples from the marine estuary at Adams Point, Durham, NH.
