Genome Information for Gossypium raimondii
We also obtained a total of ~118 Gb of full-length Nanopore cDNA-seq using the PromethION sequencing platform by mixing RNAs from these cotton tissues, covering 10 major cotton tissues including root, stem apex, stem, leaf, bracts, entire mature flower, cotton bolls at 0 DPA, 0 DPA ovules, 10 DPA ovules, and 20 DPA ovules. These data were used for gene annotation of Gossypium raimondii.
