Genome Information for Mus musculus
Bulk RNAseq of Cftr+/+ and Cftr-/- Th2 cells. Using next generation transcriptomics and pathway enriched mechanistic studies, we report that CFTR decreases sensitivity of CD4+ T cells to IL-4, thereby reducing GATA3 expression.
