Entamoeba

Comparative genome sequencing project of Entamoeba species

This project consists of comparative sequence analysis of multiple species of the genus Entamoeba. Most of the species are parasitic, and infect different organisms. This project will provide an aid to studying the evolution and biology associated with these amitochodriate protozoa.
