This study consists of raw reads collected as part of a large-scale sequencing study in which draft genomes were generated for 59 haloarchaeal isolates from 17 genera within the euryarchaeal family Halobacteriacea. Several different library preps and sequencing platforms were used to generate these libraries. For details, please consult information attached to each individual sample.
