The strain A101 of the yeast species Yarrowia lipolytica was sequenced with Illumina technology: 1 paired-end library with a 400 bp insert and 1 mate pair library with a 8000 bp insert. Genome assembly was performed with SOAPdenovo 2.04 with K-mer = 59.
