Five soil and rhizosphere bacteria beneficial in plant with biocontrol characteristics against chilli pepper root pathogens and two bacteria antagonistic to pathogens but hostile in plant, furthermore one not antagonistic to these pathogens were sequenced exploring functional traits marker genes.
