The project aims to generate de novo transcriptomes in order to identify orthologues genes shared among the three species (Anthonotha fragans, Afzelia bella, and Prioria balsamifera) with the purpose to develop an exome capture bait for phylogenomics in the Detarioideae subfamily (Legumes)
