In December 2019, the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emerged in Wuhan, Hubei province, China, caused by the infection of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). We sequenced the viral genome using sputum and oropharyngeal swab samples from enrolled patients.
