High-throughput surveys of SARS-related coronavirus RBDs using yeast display of barcoded libraries

We performed deep mutational scanning and related experiments on a collection of wildtype and mutated receptor-binding domains (RBDs) from a panel of SARS-related coronavirus isolates. We used these libraries to measure phenotypes such as binding to ACE2 orthologs or antibodies.
