The goal of this study is to identify genes whose expression is affected by decapitation and auxin in moss gametophores Project ngs2017_09_moss1-auxin in CATdb What genes are misregulated in response to decapitation or auxin response? Overall design: 21 samples in total, 7 conditions, 3 biological replicates per condition. CUT_T0 samples are controls for CUT_XX samples, MOCK_30Min are controls for IAA_30Min samples.
