Whole genome sequencing of five Thermus thermophilus HB27 strains used to study the physiological role of Ttago and TthPrimpol in DNA interference.

This project aims to sequence, in a whole-genome scale, five derivates of the thermophilic bacteria Thermus thermophilus HB27 in order to detect SNPs and compare the differences between mutants and its parental strains, quantify plasmid copy number of each strain and study the coverage of lectures along the genome.
