The sample here includes 20 individual great gerbils from a plague challenge study. DNA samples (from liver) were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq2500 with a 350 bp insert size, with approximate 12x coverage for each accession. The sample here also includes 16 RNA samples (from liver) sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq4000 with a 150bp insert size. Of the 16 RNA samples, 15 come from individuals with associated DNA sequencing.
