Melospiza georgiana (swamp sparrow) genome, bMelGeo1

See Genome Information for Melospiza georgiana
The swamp sparrow (Melospiza georgiana) is a migratory New World sparrow, with breeding habitats in marshes across eastern North America and central Canada. This genome was generated from a sample collected by Jon Clark, sequenced and assembled at the Vertebrate Genome Lab led by Olivier Fedrigo and Erich D. Jarvis, in a project coordinated by Adrienne Kovach and Lindsey Fenderson, for a Vertebrate Genome Project (VGP) reference.
