Long-read sequencing of chordates during embryonic development

Using de novo transcriptomes obtained by long-read sequencing, we have done a comparison analysis of the average number of transcripts per gene during the embryonic development of the chordates Ciona intestinalis, Lampetra planeri and Xenopus tropicalis.
