Picosynechococcus sp. PCC 7002

Transcriptome analysis of WT and an nrrA mutant of Synechococcus PCC 7002 under conditions of nitrogen deprivation.

Genes regulated by the nitrogen-regulated response regulator (NrrA) were identified by RNA-sequencing analysis in the cyanobacterium Synechococcus PCC 7002.
