The project is to reconstruct draft genomes for six Cuban Anolis lizards (Anolis isolepis, Anolis allisoni, Anolis porcatus, Anolis allogus, Anolis homolechis, and Anolis sagrei) using linked-reads obtained employing 10x Genomics microfluidic platform. Genome libraries were sequenced by Illumina HiSeq X (2 Ã 150-bp reads).
