We sequenced and assembled de novo the coding transcriptomes in four species of Notothenioid fish: Neopagetopsis ionah (Jonah’s ice fish), Pseudochaenichtys georgianus (South Georgia icefish), Harpagifer antarcticus (Antarctic spiny plunderfish) and Parachaenichthys charcoti (Charcot’s dragonfish).
