The goal of this project was to produce full-length, primarily closed genomes from a diverse collection of M. haemolytica isolates. These isolates were obtained from North American cattle and collectively represent two major genotypes and multiple subtypes of M. haemolytica. The same isolates sequenced in this project were previously sequenced with short-read technology as part of larger collection of strains that were used to identify the genotypes and subtypes (BioProject PRJNA326933), however, the short-reads were not assembled into full-length closed genomes.
