We report the first comprehensive set of AcMNPV transcriptome maps during the infection of Trichoplusia ni cells generated by a combination of strand-specific RNA-seq (ssRNA-seq) approach and deep sequencing of 5’ capped transcriptional start sites, and 3’ polyadenylated sites.
