Meyerozyma guilliermondii ATCC 6260

WGS sequencing and assembly of strain ATCC 6260

See Genome Information for Meyerozyma guilliermondii
The Broad Institute sequenced the Pichia guilliermondii (now called Meyerozyma guilliermondii)strain ATCC 6260 genome at 12X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. They generated a Meyerozyma guilliermondii strain ATCC 6260 genome assembly, which will undergo automated annotation. The Meyerozyma guilliermondii genome assembly can be used as a template to help assemble the genomes of diploid Candida species.
