Genome Information for Cinnamomum micranthum
We report a chromosome-level genome assembly of SCT. By comparing against 10 representatives of major angiosperm clades and using ginkgo and Norway spruce as outgroups, we resolve SCT’s phylogenetic position and provide insight into the genome evolution of magnoliids.
