To understand the effects of high temperature and high CO2 concentration on rice growth, we performed RNA-seq analysis of two rice varieties (Koshihikari and Nipponbare) under different temperature and CO2 concentration combinations and control conditions in the growth chamber. Leaf samples were collected 27 days after transplantation.
