Description

A. cochlioides vegetative mycelium were propagated for RNA extraction. Mycelium from A. cochlioides isolate 103-1 was grown in 100 mL of 1/8th strength PDB (potato dextrose broth) in 250 mL Erlenmeyer flasks, and collected for RNA extraction with the RNeasy Mini Kit for Plants (Qiagen Inc., Valencia, CA, USA) for Illumina sequencing.
