Description

Protocols: Samples were flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen upon dissection of wild-caught specimens. Total RNA was extracted using TRIsure (Bioline) according to manufacturer’s instructions and purified on RNeasy columns (Qiagen). Libraries were prepared using Illumina TruSeq RNA Library Prep Kit according to manufacturer's instructions.
