Description

RNA-Seq of developing seeds from transgenic Camelina sativa expressing a Castor oleate 12-hydroxylase (to engineer seeds that accumulate hydroxy fatty acids). Total RNA was extracted according to methods described in Meisel et al. 2005 [PMID: 15977413]. cDNA libraries were synthesized using Illumina TruSeq RNA kits and sequenced with Illumina HiSeq2000.
