Description

The adult female ticks were then separated into five groups of 20 individuals each, inside 1-dram glass vials closed with a cotton plug. Ticks were transferred to a “tea-bag” sealed with plastic clips. In each sleeve, we deposited the bags with the ticks, closed the sleeve with a knot and let the bags for 3 hours.
