Description

Leaves of a single individual grown from seed of the soybean cultivar Embrapa BRS537 were used as tissue source for HMW DNA extracted from nucleus using the BioS&T Inc (Quebec, Canada) standard method. PFGE was applied to separate kb sized DNA (50kb to 250kb). Seedling tissue of few plants of the cultivar were used as source to generate Hi-C libraries using Phase Genomics method.
