Description

Improved metagenome assembled genome from a ultra-filtered-milk-permeate fermenting bioreactor. This bioreactor was operated as a upflow sludge blanket reactor with a 1.4 day hydraulic retention time and dynamic solids retention time. It was operated under anaerobic conditions and was fed ultra-filtered milk permeate, ammended with 300 mg N-NH4Cl/L. This sample was from the 126 day of operation.
