Description

Oligo-dT primed using primer 5'-TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTVN-3', size-selected for average insert size 2.2 kb and normalized to ROT 5. This is a primary library enriched for full-length clones and constructed using the Cap-trapper method (Carninci, in preparation). Library constructed by M. Brownstein (NIMH/NHGRI, National Institutes of Health). Note: this is a NIH_MGC Library.
