Description

mRNA was isolated from endosperm 4 days after pollinating and 8 DAP and 14 DAP and 18 DAP and 26 DAP and 40 DAP. Individual libraries were made according to the SuperScript cDNA Synthesis and Plasmid Cloning Kit (Invitrogen). Normalized cDNA library was made by saturation hybridization with genomic DNA.
