Description

Cloned unidirectionally from mRNA prepared from fully-grown germinal vesicle stage oocytes isolated 46 hours after PMSG injection. NotI(dT) primer: 5'-GACTAGTTCTAGATCGCGAGCGGCCGCCCTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT-3'. SalI linker: 5'-TCGACCCACGCGTCCG-3'. cDNAs were size-selected for 500 bp and cloned into the SalI/NotI sites of pSPORT vector (Life Technologies). Average insert size: 1.5 kb. I.M.A.G.E. library ID 1182.
