Description

Maternal Grandfather. Same as 1477-12. This cell line may be monoclonal as indicated by the very high proportion of IgL lambda (99.7%) compared to total lgL expression determined by cDNA microarray (see PMID: 14583597);donor subject is heterozygous for an A>C change at nucleotide 1061 (1061A>C) in exon 7 of the CYP2C9 gene (CYP2C9*3) which results in a substitution of leucine for isoleucine at codon 359 Ile359Leu (I359L)
