Two organizations may co-publish a program.
Use the city of the first organization found on the opening
screens (or on the face of the CD-ROM, DVD, or disk, on the
jewel case, or in accompanying material if no publisher
information appears on the opening screens) as the place of
publication
Place the name of the second organization as a note at the
end of the citation, if desired
