Cardiac transcription factor regulator, Developmental protein The family of proteins are cardiac transcription regulators, named Lbh, short for Limb, bud and heart. They regulate embryological development in the heart. More specifically, in humans, they may act as transcriptional activators in MAPK signaling pathway to mediate cellular functions. This family of proteins is found in eukaryotes. Proteins in this family are typically between 92 and 116 amino acids in length. |
