Description

This sequence change replaces proline, which is neutral and non-polar, with histidine, which is basic and polar, at codon 928 of the MAP3K14 protein (p.Pro928His). This variant is present in population databases (rs56036201, gnomAD 0.06%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with MAP3K14-related conditions. ClinVar contains an entry for this variant (Variation ID: 1023728). Experimental studies and prediction algorithms are not available or were not evaluated, and the functional significance of this variant is currently unknown.
