Description

The c.100T>A (p.L34M) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the ANP32D gene. This alteration results from a T to A substitution at nucleotide position 100, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 34 to be replaced by a methionine (M). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
