Description

The c.896G>A (p.G299E) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the PCDHB14 gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 896, causing the glycine (G) at amino acid position 299 to be replaced by a glutamic acid (E).
