Description

The c.2977G>A (p.V993I) alteration is located in exon 22 (coding exon 21) of the PATJ gene. This alteration results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 2977, causing the valine (V) at amino acid position 993 to be replaced by an isoleucine (I).
