Description

The c.353A>C (p.D118A) alteration is located in exon 2 (coding exon 2) of the ATF4 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 353, causing the aspartic acid (D) at amino acid position 118 to be replaced by an alanine (A).
