Description

The c.1172T>C (p.L391P) alteration is located in exon 3 (coding exon 2) of the SDR42E1 gene. This alteration results from a T to C substitution at nucleotide position 1172, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 391 to be replaced by a proline (P).
