Description

The c.424C>A (p.L142I) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 4) of the CDHR3 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 424, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 142 to be replaced by an isoleucine (I). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
