Description

The c.1018C>A (p.L340M) alteration is located in exon 10 (coding exon 10) of the PLEKHD1 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 1018, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 340 to be replaced by a methionine (M).
